RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind about a product purchased from EarthOne, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the unfortunate event that the received products are defective, EarthOne offers two options for resolution:
- Upon receiving the defective units, EarthOne will send you new units at no additional shipping charge.
- The customer must return the defective units within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for the exchange option.
- EarthOne reserves the right to determine whether the units are defective or not.
- If you prefer not to exchange the defective units for new ones, EarthOne will provide a full refund.
- To initiate a refund, the customer must return the defective units within 30 days of the purchase date.
- EarthOne will issue a prepaid return shipping label for the return of defective units.
- EarthOne reserves the right to assess and determine whether the units are defective or not.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact EarthOne customer service to request a return authorization within 30 days of the purchase date.
If eligible for a refund, EarthOne will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Ship the item(s) back to EarthOne in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Once the return is received and inspected, EarthOne will process the refund or send out replacement units accordingly.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or use.
